We specialize in solving various medical catheter problems and provide professional advice throughout the entire process from research and development to mass production.
  • PTFE Etched & Secondary Etched

    PTFE liner is a critical component in the construction of medical catheters. However, PTFE is not easy to compound and bond with other polymer materials, which greatly increases the difficulty of processing and limits its application scenarios.Our PTFE etching & secondary etching methods can solve this problem.

    Advantages:

    • Chemical-free: The process does not introduce any chemical reagents, ensuring greater safety and reliability;
    • Good Adhesion: The adhesion is better compared with traditional chemical etching methods;
    • It is suitable for batch processing and can maintain its effectiveness for up to 12 months;
    • The PTFE liner with an etching cycle of more than 1 year can be processed again to restore the adhesion performance.
  • PEEK Printing Pre-Treatment

    Our PEEK printing pre-treatment can significantly improves the surface adhesion of PEEK tubings, thereby elevating the overall print quality.

    Advantages:

    • Chemical-free: The process does not involve any chemical reagents, ensuring a safer and more reliable outcome;
    • High ink strength.
  • Medical Catheter Laser Conformal

    Medical Catheter Laser Conformal technology employs a focused, high-energy laser beam to irradiate the surface of materials, which allows for the conformal removal or addition of material on the surface, thereby altering the micro or macro properties of the material's surface.

    Advantages:

    • We can provide tailor-made solutions based on the specific materials required by clients;
    • Capable of handling mass production with a long-term effectiveness of up to 12 months.
