Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and document inspection plans and guidelines based on product processes and technical specifications.
2. Lead the review and disposition of non-conforming products, and analyze for improvement.
3. Collect and analyze product quality data to formulate effective improvement strategies.
4. Utilize specialized tools to perform analysis on measurement systems.
5. Communicate with clients to establish product quality standards and testing methods.
6. Manage the customer's first-article approval process.
Job Requirements:
1. A full-time bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electronic, material science, or related engineering disciplines.
2. Over five years of experience as a Quality Engineer in industries such as automotive, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
3. Proficiency in measurement system analysis tools such as MSA and GR&R, familiarity with ISO 13485/9001 or TS16949 quality systems, and knowledge of statistical methods.
4. Fluent in English for reading and writing, with basic oral communication skills.
5. Competent in operating office software.
6. Possess good communication skills and the ability to coordinate teams to address quality issues effectively.

2. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth mass production.
3. Your efforts will be directed towards ongoing improvements, including but not limited to process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
4. You will be tasked with the creation and revision of product standards and process documentation.
5. You will oversee daily process maintenance and technical modifications to processes.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Materials and Processing, Mechanical Design and Automation, or related fields is required.
2. Technical Proficiency: Familiar with basic office software, master CAD, SolidWorks and other 2D and 3D software; strong verbal communication skills, strong interest in development and high initiative.
